RUBEN LAGADAN

              I am creative and driven professional with a diverse background in animation, education, and customer support. I began my career as a junior animator, working on flash animation projects using Adobe Flash CS6, which allowed me to bring stories to life through visuals. Over time, I transitioned into teaching English to international students and developing lesson materials, which helped me strengthen my communication skills and adaptability. More recently, I’ve worked in customer support and dispute resolution, handling escalations, investigating concerns, and ensuring excellent service experiences. I’m comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Five9, and other ticketing systems, and I enjoy working with data to track performance and improve team outcomes. My blend of creative and analytical skills allows me to solve problems effectively while staying focused on people and quality service.

               Outside of work, I enjoy drawing, exploring digital design, and learning new tools and software to sharpen my creative skills. I’m also passionate about personal development and technology. Looking ahead, my goal is to grow in a role that blends creativity and strategy — whether it’s in design, digital content, or customer experience leadership. I'm always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges that push me forward.
